The participant can cancel up to 7 days before the program date. Any time thereafter, the fees will be forfeited. If you give us at least 7 days prior notice of cancelation, we will credit your payment to the original payment method. However, if you do not cancel with at least 7 days notice, your registration amount will be forfeited.
