Through his company, Network Blue, John advises founder-led lower middle market companies in various forms of M&A transactions. The firm focuses on the healthcare and technology sectors and employs a multidisciplinary approach to execute every aspect of a transaction. This includes financial advisory, negotiations, structuring deals, and due diligence.
John has been involved in several entrepreneurial endeavors, including helping restart (and sell) a medical device manufacturer and distributor located in Arizona and co-founding a durable medical equipment supply company in Massachusetts.
